| I started working out when I was 19, but it wasn’t supervised. The only plan I had was to get big. After about 10 years of different exercises, different routines, different equipment, I met someone who had more experience than I did. From that point, the workouts were more focused and more intense. The biggest change, however, was diet. All those years spent experimenting lacked a key productive ingredient: FOOD. I’m not talking about specific foods either. I’m talking about eating in general. When you work your muscles, tear them down, stress them to the point of fatigue and pain, you must provide a steady supply of nutrients to repair them, to make them grow, and 3 meals a day just isn’t going to do that. Within the next 5 years, I learned a great deal, put on a lot of muscle, learned patience and discipline, learned that muscle building and logic go hand-in-hand, and I learned that I want to help others achieve their muscle building goals. |
| My name is Greg Locke and I am 49 years old. If your goal is to build muscle--thick, quality muscle that gets noticed, then you’ve just met that more experienced person. |
